Players who wish to voluntarily close their bigwin99 account may do so by contacting customer support. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of voluntary closure, excluding bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering, will be returned to the player via their verified withdrawal method after identity verification.
Accounts that have been permanently closed due to a breach of this Agreement, fraud, or prohibited activities will have all balances forfeited. bigwin99 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of account closure under these circumstances.

In the event of any dispute between you and bigwin99 regarding these Terms and Conditions or your use of the platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through bigwin99's internal customer support and dispute escalation process. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through internal channels within thirty (30) days, the dispute may be referred to mediation or arbitration in accordance with Philippine law.
